Filaments confirmed.
Each confirmed choice turns a bar green. Phil gives a thumbs-up when all are confirmed; check any remaining weight warnings before printing.

CHECK WITH PHIL · MAKERWORLD COMPANION
Found your next print? Mr. Phil Lament checks it against the filament you already own—right on the MakerWorld project page.
Desktop Chrome, Firefox & Zen
THREE SMALL STEPS
Add your rolls at Check with Phil. Record material, color, full spool weight, sealed/open counts, and the amount left on open rolls.
Open the extension’s toolbar icon, choose Link your library, select your library’s exact address, and allow access. Keep the library tab open for updates.
Phil appears beside recognized filament lists. Hover for a hint or click for the breakdown. Confirm the selected profile, colors, and sliced weights before printing.
PHIL’S A MAN OF FEW WORDS
Each confirmed choice turns a bar green. Phil gives a thumbs-up when all are confirmed; check any remaining weight warnings before printing.
A required filament is missing or the recorded amount is too low. See the shortfall and optional Bambu links.

Link your library, choose a close color, or fill in information Phil cannot verify.

The project has no recognized filament list. Phil waits in the bottom-right corner and explains why.
Look for Phil at the top-right of Print Files and the larger Ready-to-Build Pack column when filaments are listed. Both badges open the same check.
MAKE THE CHECK COUNT
Phil compares material, color, and recorded quantity. Close colors are suggestions you approve. A default 5% buffer gives the calculation some breathing room.
Manage your rollsInclude supports and purge. If MakerWorld does not expose usable per-color weights, choose Enter requirements and copy the values from Bambu Studio.
Review the selected print profile and plate. Separate partial rolls are not combined automatically, and unknown amounts stay unknown.
Changes refresh about every five seconds, subject to browser throttling. When the tab is closed, Phil uses the last synced snapshot and shows its time.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
In Settings, choose the exact address where your library is saved: www.checkwithphil.com or checkwithphil.com. Local data at these addresses is separate. Allow the requested site access, leave the opened library tab visible until it loads, and sign in there if you use cloud sync. Then return to Settings to see the linked roll count or a specific error.
Use the same browser profile. With Firefox containers, check that the opened tab contains your library. If you switch accounts, reconnect. A file opened directly as demo.html cannot link; use the installed extension.
The overlay is designed for MakerWorld model pages. Your inventory comes from Check with Phil. Optional shopping links open the Bambu Lab Store. Printables, Thingiverse, other model sites, and Safari are not supported in this release.
Version 0.2.2 reads material, color swatches, and per-color weights from visible Print Files chips and profile hover cards. Screen colors are approximate; confirm a suggested roll. Live MakerWorld compatibility is still being verified. If a list cannot be read, use the selected profile’s per-color weights from your slicer. Retail spool sizes in a product pack are not the project’s print usage.
No. It uses the amounts you record in your library. It does not connect to printers, read RFID, track prints, or automatically deduct used filament.
No. The library connection is read-only. Shopping links let you review a product yourself; Phil does not choose a cart, place an order, or guarantee stock or a specific color variant.
You can open the optional sample walkthrough from the toolbar. Sample comparisons carry a DEMO label. An unlinked library shows a shrug and never becomes a missing-stock warning.
This is an early beta, and feedback is welcome. Linking and comparisons have automated coverage with test libraries. Actual Firefox/Zen account sessions and current MakerWorld pages still need broader testing. Firefox signing and browser-store review are pending. Verify the slicer values before relying on a result.
